Since 2015, TWG has been supporting innovation within RBC through product strategy, user research, design, and software development services.
We've enjoyed a truly collaborative relationship with RBC, working across a variety of business units and technology stacks.
Thanks again guys, you have done some brilliant work and we could not be happier with our choice of partners on this project.
TWG has developed product for many of Canada’s most respected financial services companies. Our collaborative approach to building platforms, apps and online services has helped many of our clients improve their own internal processes and capabilities.
TWG was retained by Interac to develop Software Development Kits (SDKs) for iOS and Android platforms that would enable partner financial institutions to offer proximity-based peer-to-peer money transfers to Canadian consumers using the existing e-Transfer® platform. TWG designed an intuitive user-experience that could be implemented consistently across all participating financial institutions, worked closely with Interac’s product team to design the technical architecture, build features, and supported financial institutions implementing the SDK.
As an official partner of SecureKey, TWG was retained to design and develop a fully functional proof-of-concept that leverages existing Verified.me APIs and backend services. This POC will be used by SecureKey to demonstrate to potential clients such as telcos, banks, insurance companies and government services, how end-users can use the Verified.me mobile application to pre-authenticate themselves and request a call back when calling in to a call centre.

TWG partnered with Borrowell to understand, ideate, prototype, and test a new client on boarding experience for their Free Credit Score product line. We collaborated deeply with their teams to understand key behaviours, the design of the service itself, and then validated an engaging new user experience for responsive web and native mobile implementation.
TWG was tasked with designing the user on-boarding flow for Common Wealth’s Group RSP and TFSA product offering. Leveraging product design and user research resources, TWG designed a user experience suitable for both sophisticated and inexperienced investors.
Common Wealth also asked TWG to audit the technical underpinnings of their platform and conduct a “build vs. buy” strategy exercise to account for scaling and supporting their business for the next five to ten years.
