What will your typical day look like?
Design strategy and vision. Design Leads ensure that our project solutions are successful and executed at a high quality by Product Designers.
Design feedback (team mentorship). Design Leads guide Product Designers through their projects by conducting regular collaboration and feedback sessions to improve the quality of their work. Design Leads are mentors of Product Designers, helping them grow their skills and achieve their goals.
Client-facing leadership. Design Leads will join client-facing meetings and workshops when necessary, to help gather information and define design strategy.
Design operations. Design Leads contribute to the Design Department by iterating on process and tooling via their project work and regular department meetings.
Business development. Design Leads conduct discovery and estimation exercises for new business opportunities.

We’re searching for a teammate with a proven passion for product design. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers and your design teammates to create effective experiences for our clients and their users. We are currently looking for an Intermediate Product Designer to join our growing team. Help us deliver high-quality products across a variety of client projects and industries, that ultimately provides measurable value to our clients and their customers.
We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about end-to-end, human-centered Product Design with a focus on designing creative, delightful experiences. User research, information architecture, user flows, user experience design, interface design, prototyping and user testing are all central to this role.

We’re looking for someone who has:
- A dynamic career history rooted in design
- A portfolio of projects or case studies describing your best work
- Demonstrations of past projects, explorations, and design treatments that communicate the goals, process, and outcomes of your work
- Experience in a design leadership role managing up to 3 product designers
- Experience balancing multiple projects with variable requirements and team compositions
- Experience in client-facing presentations and scope negotiation
- Experience facilitating design workshops
- Proficiency with Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, and Invision
Nice to Have
- Experience working with the public sector, large enterprise, and start-ups
- Experience with contemporary interaction design tools
- A passion for content creation such as illustration, copywriting, photography, public speaking or any other special skills that flex your creative muscles
